Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Personalized and Customized Products

Many of our products are personalized or engraved specifically for customers. Therefore:

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Such products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment.

  • Your order could not be fulfilled by us.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer, including shipping address or customization details.

  • Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customized or engraved products that have been produced according to the information provided by the customer.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In certain cases, store credit or replacement products may be offered instead of a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
